CRM Manager & Analyst

Our client is looking for a CRM Manager & Analyst to improve the CRM campaign strategy by implementing integrated communication strategies via email, direct mail and push notification with the objective of converting leads and increasing customer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value for existing customers. A full- time in-house position reporting directly to Head of CRM and based in Barcelona. This is an opportunity to work closely with the General Management overseeing business cycle and seeing your contributions on the job in an exciting e- Commerce.

What will you do:
• Manage a team of 3 CRM Assistants and one intern.
• Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable CRM insights
based on available data.
• Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-
channel attribution – Creation of Dashboards and Reports.
• Map and plan the customer lifecycle and develop the CRM customer lifecycle strategy across all
customer touch points.
• Direct campaign planning and development processes and create a compelling and consistent
customer branding experience.
• Work with Marketing team to align on key seasonal messages and with Merchandising to support
product plans in order to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• Reports on email performance making recommendations for future improvements based on A/B
test results.
What you need to have:
• Highly analytical and process-oriented person with a CRM background.
• 4+ years of previous experience as CRM Data Analyst, Data Scientist (especially geared towards
CRM/Marketing) or in a similar role.
• Efficiency with using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), with proven ability to extract
meaningful insights from data to drive business growth.
• Proficient in SQL or similar languages and comfortable working with large data sets to make data-
driven decisions
• Excellent analytical skills and good domain of Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, analytical and results-oriented person.
• Enthusiasm, ability and energy to operate in a fast paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a must.

  • Trabajar conjuntamente con los equipos de las direcciones comerciales (marketing, ventas, empresas) en desarrollo de proyectos de mejora de los procesos comerciales (p.ej. desarrollo de Business Case, definición de procesos y herramientas de simulación, modelos predictivos, etc.)

 

Requisitos, Experiencia y Otros Conocimientos

  • Licenciatura Superior en Matemáticas, Ingeniería o ADE con especialidad analítica.
  • Experiencia en la conceptualización y ejecución de análisis para identificar oportunidades comerciales a través de las herramientas de reporting y análisis de la compañía, y realizar diagnósticos con una propuesta de acciones asociada
  • Experiencia previa en el diseño de cuadros de mando, modelos de propensión, predicción de caída de cartera, segmentación de clientes, construcción de métricas de valor del cliente
  • Experiencia en idear y desplegar planes de acción a partir de los insights de negocio para implementar iniciativas que permitan maximizar el margen de la compañía
  • Experiencia en el uso a nivel avanzado de MS Excel, Access y PowerPoint, y de herramientas de análisis de bases de datos (SQL, SAS o similar)

Main responsabilities:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to work in the Revenue Team with a solid background in programming and computer science, data lover, problem-solving oriented, with attention to details and very proactive to join our team of analysts.

As part of the Tools & Methods Team, a transversal team inside Revenue, your key role will be to lead the technical aspects of the different areas that the team covers. Your tasks will include developing algorithms (mostly in R ) and developing and mantaining a database architecture (mainly MySQL).

Your main responsabilities will include convert the needs of the Revenue Team regarding KPIs into reliable, useful, easy-to-understand and business oriented Outputs/Dashboards. You will do this through processing high volumes of data from different sources (other departments inputs, external providers , etc). A typical process will include receiving information from different sources, homogenizing it, cleaning the data, storing it into a previously implemented database, defining the KPIs needs according to the inputs from the rest of the team and developing algorithms to convert the data stored in the database into meaningful Dashboards.

You will also be responsible to mantain and improve the existing dashboards as well as adding new features. Thus is important to have a business oriented view so the definition of new features is done according to the different needings of the players involved in the Revenue Team (pricers team, benchmark team, reporting,vacational products, etc)

You will also be involved in all Revenue Management projects for which you are identified as key participant. This include leading new projects that have a great impact in the Team, acting proactively in the definition for the techincal scope, defining new approaches to the solutions and leading the implementation within the team.

Essential skills:

– Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statics, Mathematics, etc.).
– 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
– Strong analytical skills
– Feel comfortable manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, and high-dimensionality data from varying sources
– R programming is a must
– SQL knowledge is a must
– Excel advanced user
– Fluent English
– A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data.
